* Valuation of property by attested valuators for securing bank loans. The valuation report contains the purpose of valuation, description of methods, definitions of terms, calculations, and other valuation bases that give the user a clear idea of the valuation process and ensure the correctness of the valuation. ERAVARA valuations are accepted by all Estonian banks;
* Appraisal of market value of real estate (for sale, for accounting purposes, for auditors, etc.);
